"Did she asked for it" or is schoolkids actions are so innocent as we look at it?
my personal opinion
Something happened at my daughter’s school today... While getting ready to board a bus to ride back home, one of the girls got pushed down to the ground by a boy from her class and when she felt, he begun to go thru her belongings and stole money she had...well, some people might say “she wasnt very smart to bring money along” or whenever but it is the same as saying that a raped girl “asked for it”.. But that bothers me much more is this everyday story has a big and deep meaning! This girl will never be the same, and this boy will never be the same. It is going to chance their lives forever. Now she going to know that she is a target and a helpless victim, even in the middle of the day and even by being surrounded by a lot of people. This boy will know that he can do it, so easily and probably without serious concequences- school might do something to him if they even bother to, but he is “a man in charge”, “alpha-male” who can do whenever he wants to do, to whoever he wants to do it. Do you think this girl will ever become a leader in her life??? Do you think this boy will grow into a nice guy who going to respect women??? This is history is making... We can all say big words and stuff how we care about our children- but are they really safe when we are not around? Situations like this shape children and even if they were not a part of this situation- they saw what happened and it is also going to influence them in the same way... Women are weak and helpless victims of the acts of ever-powerful shameless men...
