'Expect Major Delays' On York Road: SHA

TOWSON, MD — Drivers should expect delays in part of Towson Tuesday morning, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. The traffic tie-up is on York Road south.

The right lane is closed on MD 45/York Road south at Pennsylvania Avenue west, state highway officials reported.

"Expect major delays; use alternate route," the Maryland State Highway Administration advised just before 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4.

The lane closure stems from a utility problem that transportation officials said began Monday night in the area.
