Family-Owned Restaurant To Open New Site This Month
The neighborhood grill and raw bar Lib's Grill is days away from opening in Towson. But, there's also plans for another opening this year.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The family-owned Lib's Grill restaurant is expanding its presence in the county.
This month, owners plan to open a new location in Towson, at 210 W. Pennsylvania Ave.
"Big progress is happening in Towson," reads a recent announcement. "We're getting closer every day and we can't wait to welcome you to the newest Lib's Grill."

But the Towson location isn't the only new space the family business is opening in the county this year. In fact, it's also setting roots in Reisterstown at 340 Main St. toward the end of this summer.
Nick Liberatore, who heads three of the restaurants in Perry Hall, Bel Air and Maple Lawn, confirmed the move to The Banner.

The Reisterstown location previously housed The Grill at Harryman House, which closed in 2025 after serving the community for 39 years. The historic site dates back to the late 18th century, having been used as a grocery store, saddlery, harness shop, specialty market and then a restaurant by the late 1980s.
And still, that's not all that's in the works for this company.
The restaurant's Sykesville location, which was announced in 2023, is headed for an opening by the end of 2026, according to The Banner.
The site has faced delays largely due to the 7618 W. Main St. base being the grounds of a historic train station. Lib's Grill announced back in November that it had been cleared to begin restoration work at the landmark.
Until the new shops are open, diners can stop in at any of three Lib's Grill eateries from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 11 a.m to 11 p.m. on Friday.
On Saturday, guests are welcome from 10 a.m to 11 p.m. Sunday hours run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
