This is a tribute to Nayana Davis, my editor for two years for the Patch. I wrote for her for one year for Cockeysville Patch and then the name changed to Hunt Valley Cockeysville Patch and then she went to Towson Patch and I was with her for 13 months and now she has left.
She was and is a fine young woman who did her job with a pleasant manner and much confidence and she was quite competent doing so.
I wish her good times, good health and most of all a fine job in her field. I have worked with many editors of many publications and I can say she is my number one favorite female editor and the other number one I worked for was for 17 years for a dance publication called Amateur Dancers, all about ballroom dancing. His name is Robert Jacob Meyer of Catonsville and we were partners in making the magazine important to all ballroom dancers and in 2007 it folded and took a different theme.
Nayana and Robert were the Elite of editors. I shall miss her so much.
