Firefighters Called To Towson House With Malfunction: Officials
A reported house fire in Towson turned out to be smoke and an electrical malfunction, according to Baltimore County fire personnel.
TOWSON, MD — Smoke was coming from the basement of a home in Towson Thursday night, according to officials. While initial reports indicated there was a house fire, officials said they found there was no fire at the location.
Crews were called to the 300 block of Aigburth Road at 7:17 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department. Nobody was trapped or injured, officials said.
Once firefighters arrived, authorities reported they determined a furnace had malfunctioned.
