Missing Woman Was Found In Towson: Police

A woman known to travel along Loch Raven Boulevard was found in Towson Friday morning, police reported.

TOWSON, MD — A woman who disappeared from an Owings Mills assisted living facility was found Friday morning in Towson. She was described as "alive and well," according to police.

PREVIOUS REPORT — A Baltimore County woman medicated for cognitive and developmental conditions has been reported missing. On previous occasions, police said she has been found on Loch Raven Boulevard.

Rachel Nicole Jackson, 24, departed for work at approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, according to police. She was last seen in the 9200 block of Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills.

Jackson was carrying a large floral-printed tan backpack and was wearing a puffy black jacket, brown boots and blue jeans, according to police.

Police said she has been found before near the Comfort Inn in the 8800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard in Towson.

Jackson is described as a dark-skinned black woman who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 235 pounds with short, straight brown hair and brown eyes.

Her caretakers have been unable to reach her by phone, and she is without her medications, police reported.
