Hey Towson, Share Your Hurricane Playlist
WTMD music director shares some favorite rain-themed songs as Hurricane Irene passes through town.

On Friday, we asked music director Tyler Laporte for a hurricane playlist. He did more than make us one. He used it for his program this afternoon, "Saturday Alternative." Here are his ideas:
- Bob Dylan – “Hurricane”
- Eurythmics – “Here Comes The Rain Again”
- Stevie Wonder – “Higher Ground”
- Citizen Cope – “Hurricane Waters”
- Bright Eyes – “Four Winds”
- Rod Stewart – “Mandolin Wind”
- Memphis Minnie – “When The Levee Breaks”
- Led Zeppelin – “Rain Song”
- Counting Crows – “Raining In Baltimore”
- Prince – “Purple Rain”
- Cold War Kids – “Hang Me Up To Dry”
- Radiohead – “High & Dry”
- The Beta Band – “Dry The Rain”
And here's one last pick of my own: Dragonforce - "Fury of the Storm."
