Disabled Truck Blocked I-695 Near Dulaney Valley Road

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD - There were delays on the inner loop of the Baltimore Beltway Friday afternoon due to a disabled vehicle.

Two lanes and one shoulder on Interstate 695 past Dulaney Valley Road were closed because of a truck that became disabled just before 4 p.m., state transportation officials said.

The Maryland State Highway Administration advised there would be delays in the area.

Traffic was stacked up to Greenspring Avenue, WBAL Radio reported at 4:15 p.m.

By 5:18 p.m., the disabled vehicle had been cleared from the scene.
