I-695 Tied Up Near York Road

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD - Debris in the road is snarling traffic on the Baltimore beltway Friday afternoon near Towson. The debris was located on the inner loop of Interstate 695 before the exit for MD 45/York Road, transportation officials said.

The debris was first noted in the road after 3:30 p.m.

As of 4:50 p.m., the two left lanes remained closed for cleanup.
