I-83 Crash Clears Near Ruxton After Car Flip Reported

Bumper-to-bumper traffic plagued Interstate 83 south Thursday morning due to a crash. Before 11 a.m., traffic cameras showed that backups were subsiding.

Two lanes were closed on I-83 south at Old Pimlico Road because of the collision on Thursday, Jan. 17, according to state transportation officials.

The State Highway Administration advised drivers at 8:15 a.m. that they may experience delays in the area of I-83 south at Old Pimlico Road.

According to Fox 45, there was a vehicle on its roof off the right shoulder in the snow.
