I-83 Crash Snarls Traffic At I-695

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A three-vehicle crash is jamming traffic on Interstate 83 near the I-695 interchange Monday evening in Baltimore County. The right lane was closed as of 5:45 p.m., according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.

The crash happened on I-83 north in the area of I-695 after 5:30 p.m., state transportation officials said.

Southbound lanes on I-83 were not impacted.

Backups were present on I-83 north, and the State Highway Administration said: "Expect delays."
