IHOP Robbery, Shotgun Defense, Vehicle Taken: Towson Crime
Three robberies, three burglaries and an attempt in which the victim pulled out a shotgun were reported in Towson this week, police say.

TOWSON, MD - The following information is provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. Reports are from the Towson precinct.
IHOP in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard was robbed at 1:50 p.m. on Nov. 27. The suspect implied a gun and demanded money before leaving.
A house in the 700 block of Malvern Avenue was broken into on Nov. 27. The suspect broke the door glass, then stole a vehicle and electronics. The burglary occurred between 6:45 a.m. and 4:50 p.m.

A purse was stolen in a burglary in the 1900 block of Edgewood Road. The door was unlocked when the suspect entered between 10 p.m. on Nov. 26 and 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 27.
Someone was robbed at the Days Inn in the 8700 block of Loch Raven Boulevard. The suspect assaulted the victim and took cash at 6:31 p.m. on Nov. 24.

A burglary was reported in the 6700 block of Loch Raven Boulevard. The suspect got in through an unlocked door and did not take anything. The burglary occurred at 5:19 a.m. on Nov. 23.
Someone thwarted a robbery attempt in the 1700 block of Yakona Road by whipping out his gun. Three people approached a man walking to his house at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 21 when one of them showed a gun. The victim showed that he had a shotgun, and then suspects ran away. Nothing was taken.
A man was assaulted and robbed in his apartment in the unit block of Lambourne Road. Two strangers came into the apartment between 6 and 7:30 p.m. and left with cash.
