More than one year after 3-year-old McKenzie Elliott was gunned down in her north Baltimore neighborhood, her murderer is at large.

Members of the FBI and ATF arrived in Baltimore Monday to become embedded in the police department, working side-by-side with Baltimore Police detectives to increase the rate at which homicide cases are solved, The Baltimore Sun reported.
McKenzie was among five victims younger than 30 murdered last summer in the course of three days, according to Reuters, which said there are no suspects charged in four of the cases, including McKenzie’s.
