The Towson native and Olympic hero was pulled over near Fort McHenry Tunnel, reports say.

Michael Phelps was reportedly arrested Tuesday morning for driving under the influence near the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
A Maryland Transportation Authority officer using a radar caught the Olympic swimmer driving 84 mph in a 45 mph zone near I-395, then followed him onto I-95 through the tunnel, where he failed a sobriety test during a traffic stop by the tolls, WBAL reported.
His blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit when he was pulled over in his white Land Rover at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Tuesday, according to TMZ.
