Names Are Funny, Sweet, Cute and Necessary

Names are interesting and some make you smile. A florist with his real name of Don Flowers. His card use to read Flowers from Flowers. How about a doctor named Doctor. Also a flower nursery owner's name of Plant. A  seamstress named Needle. A knitting instructor named Mrs. Wool. A gym teacher named Rope and a restaurant owner named Mr. Pann.

 A school teacher I had in the 6th grade was Miss Goodheart and she was a good hearted person to us kids and she got engaged to a Mr. Bear and she went from a good heart to being a bear.

 When I was young I wanted a plain name. When I turned 18, I liked having an unusual name because then I was like Madonna, Cher and Ann Margaret. I need call up and only give my first name 
 There were a few lawyers here who lived on Jurie Lane and several pharmacists who lived in a development called Pill Hill.  A gardener who did my lawn and his name is Mr. Rose.
 Names are interesting and meaningful and some are quite lovely and some are not. I had a friend whose name was Grace and she married a guy named Les and so they were Graceless. Kim Kardeshean just named her daughter North and the last name is West. A bit silly I think.

 When my husband's grandfather and his brothers came as legal immigrants to the USA an immigration clerk misspelled his name as Mr.Kramer and his brothers as Kremer. It stayed with him and so his three siblings had a different spelling to their name. Now days people spell regular names with unusual spellings. Karen becomes Karyn, Tyrone becomes Tiron, Lucille becomes Lucylle and Rebecca becomes Rebekkah. Of course, we are free to spell our names any way we desire.

 Just remember when Miss Goodheart comes to visit, give her a bunch of Flowers and a Plant of Roses. If it is winter time make sure you wear your Wool coat and if the kids play outside they can jump Rope and make sure you get your flu shot with the needle and act graceful and not like a bear because you will be less of a nice person. When you go visiting the family, you may have to go North and when you go into a store make sure they spell your name right, not like the Kremer/Kramer brothers and lastly enjoy your time away and have lots of Hope, Joy and Faith, all good names to make life pleasanter.
