Police On Loch Raven Boulevard At Taylor Avenue: Report
A vehicle reportedly flipped in the parking lot near Giant off Loch Raven Boulevard.
TOWSON, MD — A vehicle reportedly overturned in the parking lot of the Express Care Tuesday night in Towson. Police were investigating at the scene before 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, according to WMAR.
The incident was in the 8000 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, near the intersection with Taylor Avenue.
