Rapper Indicted On Federal Child Sex Trafficking Charges

A federal grand jury on Monday returned child sex trafficking charges against Baltimore rapper Deion "Poppa Fetti" Philip.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Deion "Poppa Fetti" Philip, a 33-year-old Baltimore rapper, was indicted Monday on child sex trafficking offenses just months after he faced similar state charges.

A federal grand jury returned an indictment on two counts of sex trafficking of a child and one count of transporting a minor, according to a release issued by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland.

Prosecutors say that Philip had "trafficked two minor victims to engage in commercial sex acts for profit. Phillip trafficked one minor victim for several weeks in 2025, and the other minor victim from October to November 2025."
