Road Closed Near Towson Due To Weather: Officials

A weather-related road closure in the Towson area has been reported Monday morning.

Part of Bellona Avenue is closed Monday morning near Towson, according to transportation officials. The reason for the closure is weather-related, state officials reported.

MD 134/Bellona Avenue is closed between MD 139/Charles Street and Rolandvue Road, authorities said. The closure took effect around 5 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 25.

Baltimore County is under a high wind warning until 6 p.m. on Monday. The National Weather Service warns that winds of 25 to 35 mph and gusts from 50 to 60 mph could result in power outages and fallen trees.
