Towson Banks Robbed, FBI Offers Reward

There is a reward of up to $5,000 for information about the suspect wanted in four bank robberies.

TOWSON, MD — The same man is suspected in four bank robberies that happened in the past two weeks in Baltimore County. The FBI is now offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as a white man of small build who is 5-feet-9-inches tall, 150 pounds and 35 to 45 years old.

In the robberies, which occurred in the course of two weeks, the FBI said the suspect walked into the banks, demanded cash using a note and left on foot.

The most recent robberies occurred in Towson on Friday, Nov. 10, according to Fox 45, which reported the suspect allegedly robbed two banks in 20 minutes: Suntrust in the 1600 block of East Joppa Road at 4:50 p.m. and MECU in the 8500 block of Loch Raven Boulevard at 5:08 p.m.

Before that, the suspect is accused of robbing two banks in Parkville — M&T Bank in the 8200 block of Harford Road on Friday, Nov. 3, and M&T Bank in the 8800 block of Waltham Woods Road on Monday, Oct. 30 — according to the FBI.
