Towson Hit-And-Run Victim Recovering After Surgeries: Report
There is a fundraiser for the man airlifted from Towson on New Year's Eve.

The man injured in a hit-and-run crash in Towson on New Year's Eve remains hospitalized, more than a week after he was knocked unconscious off Dulaney Valley Road. Police said the truck responsible did not stop afterward.
Police said the pedestrian was hit before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at the intersection of Dulaney Valley Road and Fairmount Avenue. He was reportedly airlifted to shock trauma, where he has remained ever since.
Tom Gluick, an assistant professor of chemistry at Georgia Gwinnett College, is recovering after multiple surgeries at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, his ex-wife, Sheila Garrity, said on the GoFundMe page she launched to help cover his recovery financially.

According to the donation page, Gluick had been in New York for the holidays and was stopping in Maryland on his way back to Georgia.

Gluick reportedly suffered broken bones in his arms, eye sockets, right leg and eight ribs. The donation page has raised more than $13,000 Wednesday afternoon.
