Towson Row Construction To Be Highlighted At Special Event
Baltimore County leaders and developers will celebrate the construction project at the gateway to Towson.

TOWSON, MD โ The $350-million Towson Row construction project is getting underway this week. An event billed as a kickoff of construction is slated for June 7 at the 5-acre site, which is considered to be the gateway to Towson.
Towson Row will be built along York Road, Towsontown Boulevard, Washington Avenue and Chesapeake Avenue. The plan was to construct retail, residences, office space and a Whole Foods in the heart of downtown Towson.
Greenberg Gibbons and Caves Valley Partners are the developers overseeing Towson Row, which literally hit a rock when Caves Valley was working at the site in late 2016. Once the plans had to be redone, Greenberg Gibbons signed on to help Caves Valley with the project.
