Towson Subway Fighter Faces 3 Charges: Police
Baltimore County police say charges may be pending against second man involved in fight.

Police say a Lutherville man was charged in connection with a fight in Towson that sent one man through the window of a Subway restaurant over the weekend. Additional charges are possible against the second individual involved, who has not yet been identified, police said.
An officer on foot patrol saw two men fighting in the Subway in the 400 block of York Road in Towson at 1:49 a.m. Saturday, police reported.
Jonathan Tyler Pugh, 26, of the 200 block of West Seminary Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct; destruction of property greater than $1,000; and disturbing the peace, according to police, after the officer saw him push another man through the restaurant’s glass window, police said.

“The officer helped the man that he believed to be the victim from the window and took Pugh into custody,” police reported.
Pugh was charged and released on his own recognizance, according to police.
“The man who was not arrested was uncooperative and left the scene before his identity could be verified,” according to the report.
Videos that bystanders took on their cell phones have surfaced since the incident. Police said that through these videos and investigation, additional charges may be pending against one or both men.
Both men sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment, according to police.
Pugh is scheduled to appear in Baltimore County District Court on Sept. 8 for the charges.
