Crash at Dulaney Valley on I-695 Cleared

A collision involving a tractor-trailer snarled traffic on the inner loop of Interstate 695 near Towson Wednesday afternoon for hours.

The two-vehicle crash was reported at 2:06 p.m. on the I-695 at Dulaney Valley Road/MD 146, according to state transportation officials.

At 2:45 p.m., only the left lane was getting by.

After 4:12 p.m., state transportation officials reported the scene had cleared.

According to WBAL, traffic was stacked up to the Greenspring Avenue exit.
