Crash on I-695 Clears Near Dulaney Valley Road

Drivers experienced delays on Interstate 695 near Towson Tuesday afternoon for approximately 45 minutes after a crash on the inner loop.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at the exit for Dulaney Valley Road at 1:45 p.m., the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART) reported.

Lanes and the left shoulder were temporarily closed for cleanup from the crash.

By 2:35 p.m., the crash scene had cleared and traffic was moving in the area.
