Two Restaurants Robbed in Towson: Police

Robberies were reported at pancake house, sushi restaurant in the past week, according to Baltimore County Police Department.

Two restaurants in Towson have been robbed in the past week, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Authorities responded to a third restaurant for a suspected burglary as well.

IHOP was held up Monday morning, police reported. At 6 a.m. on Aug. 17, the suspect went into the restaurant in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard armed with a gun, demanded money and left, according to the report.

A burglary was reported at the China Wok in the 6300 block of York Road, according to police. Sometime between 11 and 11:49 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15, multiple people went into the restaurant and it was unknown if anything was taken, police reported.

At 12:11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 10, police said Miya Sushi was robbed. The suspect, whose identity is unknown, took cash from the restaurant located in the 100 block of York Road.
