Two Stabbings in Two Days: Towson Crime
A woman was stabbed on York Road in broad daylight for saying 'no' when asked if she had any cigarettes, Baltimore County police reported.

TOWSON, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents.
A woman was stabbed in the 6300 block of York Road. Three people wearing masks asked her if she had cigarettes, then one stabbed her in the arm when she said "no." She went to an area hospital for treatment. The assault occurred between 3:21 and 4:21 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 15
Several items were taken when a shed was burglarized in the 200 block of Hopkins Road. The burglary happened between 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 14, and 6:45 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 15.

One person was taken into custody in connection with a stabbing in the 900 block of Fairmount Avenue. The suspect stabbed the victim in the chest between 1:35 and 1:43 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 14. The suspect and victim knew one another.
Jewelry and electronics were stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of Yakona Road. The suspect got into the home through a back window. The burglary occurred between 7:15 and 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 11.

Three bicycles were stolen from a shed in the 600 block of Kingston Road. The shed, which was located in a fenced-in backyard, was unlocked. The burglary happened between 7 and 9:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10.
