Unstuffing School Bus Filled with Food for Assistance Center of Towson Churches

Ridgely Middle School teacher Ryan Brown helps to unload 5,586 pounds of food collected by the school’s students for its annual “Stuff a Bus” project sponsored by the student government.

The record-breaking numbers of donated canned goods were destined to help fill shelves of the Assistance Center of Towson Churches’ food pantry for distribution to the needy throughout central Baltimore County.

Brown was assisted by volunteers from Horizon Church and other churches, the school and the Assistance Center.
