Vehicle Hit Pole on York Road Near Panera: Report

A crash on York Road did not injure anyone, sources reported.

TOWSON, MD — A vehicle reportedly hit a building on York Road Thursday morning.

Nobody was injured when the vehicle hit a pole near the Panera on York Road in the area of Schwartz Avenue before 6:30 a.m. according to ABC 2 News, which reported the restaurant remained open for business.

Roads were slick Thursday morning in the Baltimore metropolitan area, where drivers were advised to reduce their speeds and allow themselves extra time.

The forecast for Towson calls for rain before 1 p.m., with a chance of showers continuing until 4 p.m. Winds are expected to be breezy with gusts as high as 39 mph, the National Weather Service reported.
