About the Play
The play is being
performed November 1-3 by the church’s Music and Arts Ministry and is in conjunction with the 6th pastoral anniversary of Rev. Joseph A. Gilmore, Jr., D.Min. Mount Ephraim, founded in 1984, utilizes drama as a tool for ministry and community outreach. The play is adapted from the interactive Ayn Rand play, “Night of January 16,” which is set in the courtroom during a murder trial and features the added twist of selecting audience members to serve on the “jury” each night. The play was originally produced in the 1930s. Ronald Parker, a member of Mount Ephraim, adapted the play for the church. The cast and crew are comprised of church members. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door: www.gotoplay.org .
