Upper Marlboro Man and 3 Others Arrested in Theft Ring
The four allegedly stole tires, rims and vehicles in three states, according to Prince George's County police.

A resident of Upper Marlboro is one of four men who has been arrested in connection with an organized ring that was stealing tires, rims and vehicles in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania, according to the Prince George’s County police department.
Delonta Daniels, 23, of the 9500 block of Toucan Drive in Upper Marlboro, was arrested along with Gerald Pearson, 26, of Oxon Hill; Devon Ratcliff, 20, of Waldorf and Antwan McClam, 20, of Washington, D.C., county police announced Monday.
The arrests were part of the Prince George’s County police department’s Washington Area Vehicle Enforcement (W.A.V.E.) team.

According to county police, the W.A.V.E. team began an investigation after receiving complaints in regards to the theft of tires and rims from local car dealerships.
Detectives caught Pearson, Ratcliff and McClam in Clinton after they had unloaded stolen goods in the 7800 of Old Alexander Ferry Road. Daniels got away at that time but was arrested Nov. 3, according to county police.
