VIDEO: Upper Marlboro Residents Celebrate National Night Out
The 28th annual event allows police to mingle with citizens.
On Tuesday, more than 150 Upper Marlboro residents enjoyed festivities at the Villages of Marlborough Shopping Center along Brown Station Road.
