• Celebrating Fall at the Carroll County Farmer's Market (fredericknewspost.com) — Families in Westminster can head to the Carroll County Farmers Market at the Agricultural Center on Smith Avenue today for trick-or-treating, a craft show, and a corn maze. With 80 vendors, fall produce, mums, handmade crafts, and plenty of homemade baked goods, admission and parking are free and the cafeteria is open for breakfast and lunch.
