Now Offering "ATG Approved" Meal Replacement Shakes

While we do not believe in “quick fix” weight loss programs, we recognize that some clients need a “kick start” to their program. We are offering ATG friendly protein shakes (gluten, dairy and soy free) that can be used as meal replacements for the first 6 weeks of the ATG program while you are learning how to transform your lifestyle. The protein shake meal replacements can be used for 1 – 2 meals per day while you focus on healthy eating at your other meals.
