Westminster has a number of businesses opening, closing and/or changing locations.
There are a number of businesses that have recently opened, closed or changed locations in Westminster.
Artworks & Apparel Boutique moved from its space on Main Street to the Winchester Exchange at 15 E. Main St.
Owner Nikki Ratti saids she is excited about the new location.

“It's been wonderful to see all of our regular customers follow us and we are excited that we are finding many new customers due to the relocation!” Ratti said. “We have also loved hearing so many positive comments regarding the appearance of the store and access to parking.”
Frisco Family Pub closed in December of 2012, and new Italian restaurant, le Ragazze will open in its place.

Additionally, an H&R Block opened next to the spot previously owned by Frisco's as well as a iBeauty, a hair salon.
A Sweet Frog frozen yogurt shop is scheduled to open next to Aldi this spring according to the store's facebook page.
In the Town Mall of Westminster, there have been a number of changes in the last six months including the addition of Hurricane Racing Tours performance center which opened next to Casa Rica in a space that used to be vacant.
Also, in the space next to Hurricane Racing Tours, where Games Workshop used to be, Hats by Marjae, See the Difference Boutique opened in that space.
More recently, The Tobacco Gallery at Town Mall closed. There is no word yet on what may be going in that space.
H&R Block is an addition to the Town Mall in the last six months and Jackson Hewwitt has recently taken over a temporary space just in time for tax season.
The Tobacco Stop that was located on Rt. 140 next to the state police barrack is now located just down the road at 625 Baltimore Blvd (near PetSmart). The store sells cigarettes, cigars, snacks and lottery tickets.
A branch of Susquehanna Bank is currently under construction next to Chic fil-A at Rt. 140 and Englar Rd.
