The Carroll Arts Council is hosting the 14th Annual Festival of Wreaths featuring more than 220 decorated theme wreaths on display for the public to view during the five-day silent auction. The public is invited to vote for their favorites through Dec. 3 and awards will be announced Dec. 4. Festival hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 30 through Dec. 3 and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 4. Bidding for the silent auction ends at 4 p.m. on Dec. 4.
