The Carroll County Festival of Trees is being held through Dec. 10 in the Belk's Court at the Town Mall in Westminster. Enjoy more than 50 decorated and uniquely designed artificial trees that are up for bid. The event benefits The Shepherd's Staff, a local non-profit. The event will be held during mall hours.
