The Shepherd’s Staff’s “Back-to-School” Program is seeking donations of school essentials for the upcoming school year for Carroll County students in need. School supplies, new backpacks, monetary donations to purchase new shoes, new/nearly new school clothing, and new or used books are being accepted now through August 24th. Special Need for new or gently used Back-to-School Clothing 2T—5T. Donations can be dropped off at The Shepherd's Staff, 30 Carroll Street, Westminster, please call for donation times.
