“The first annual Bike Safety Day will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 12 noon-3p.m. in the Longwell Parking Lot, at the corners of Longwell Avenue and Distillery Drive, Westminster. Bicycle inspections will be performed by White’s Bicycles, helmet fitting will be conducted by Carroll County Safe Kids, watch demonstrations by our bicycle officers, participate in our fun bike rodeo events, and bring an old bike to donate to SWAC “Bikes In Need” Program.
