Family Literacy classes for those who are interested in improving their English language skills. Early childhood education is available for children of participating parents.
Registration will be held Thursday, January 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The location is the Carroll County Family Center at 10 Distillery Drive, Westminster, MD 21157.
