New for 2012 - The Downtown Westminster Tuesday Afternoon Farmers' Market! Carroll County's oldest, outdoor "Producers Only" farmers' market is pleased to host a Tuesday Afternoon Farmers' Market at the same great location - The Conaway Parking Lot on Railroad Avenue. The Tuesday market will offer fresh fruits; vegetables; plants; herbs; cut flowers; baked goods; eggs; spice rubs;meats, including beef, pork, lamb, chicken & emu; emu oil & skin care products; and fresh roasted coffee. The market will be open, rain or shine, every Tuesday through October 30th. Saturday market vendors attending the Tuesday market include Evergreen Farm, Furnace Hills Coffee Co., Nev-R-Dun Farm and The Farmer's Daughter. A returning vendor to the Downtown Westminster Farmers' Market family, Carlhaven Emu Farm, and Tuckeys Fruit and Vegetable Farm, a newcomer, will round out the current market mix.
