The Flying Colors of Success, a non-profit agency providing residential services and day support to people with intellectual disabilities, are hosting a Quarter Mania Fundraiser in Burns Hall at the Carroll County Agriculture Center. Vendors at the event will include lia sophia, Tupperware, Avon, Longaberger and more. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. Call or e mail for more information and registration.
