Days End Farm Rescue, a Maryland-based organization nationally recognized for helping horses in trouble, will present an overview of the Maryland Horse Council's minimum care guidelines.
They will also talk about their organization's history, mission and goals, as well as review some of their horse rescues and rehabilitated horses from the farm.
