The Institute on the Constitution is offering an accelerated course on the Maryland Constitution at the Save-A-Patriot hall, 12 Carroll Street, Westminster with I.O.T.C.’S senior instructor, David Whitney.

The class times are January 20-21:
Friday 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (doors open at 5:00 p.m.)

Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (includes lunch break).
The Kitchen Table Ladies will provide Saturday lunch, beverages and light refreshments Friday night and Saturday morning.
