Classic car display on Main Street. Students of d.a.n.c.e.Inc. & Tri-Star Martial Arts perform on the Locust Lane stage bgining at 8:15 pm. The 2nd Annual OTHER Westminster Dog Show followed by Karaoke at the Westminster Branch Library beginning at 6 pm. Join a drum circle at 7 pm at the downtown sign.
