The Music Advocates of Carroll County (MACC) will be meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at 7:00pm at Winters Mill High School. Considered by its Board to be "the most important meeting of the year," the newly organized advocacy group is looking to get music educators, parents, musicians, and business partners involved in promoting and supporting music in our Carroll County Public Schools.
