The University of Maryland Extension is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grow It Eat It Demonstration Garden featuring garden tours, live music and refreshments. Justin Ready, Maryland State Delegate and Doug Howard, Carroll County Commissioner are scheduled to attend the event.
