Westminster Police Search for Man with Open Bench Warrants

The Westminster Police Department is looking for James Brian Rishel, 27, of Johahn Drive in Westminster.

According to a police report, Rishel is wanted on two open bench warrants issued by the District Court of Maryland. The bench warrants are for failing to obey an order of the court on Sept. 30 and Oct. 11.
