POSTPONED: York County Community Foundation's Embracing Aging to host Rediscover York First Friday event for older adults
REDISCOVER YORK, an afternoon event for older adults to experience services offered from the City of York, will be postponed due to rain.
UPDATE: REDISCOVER YORK will be postponed to a later date due to the forecast for Friday afternoon and expected rain. Stay tuned for a rescheduled date!

Join York County Community Foundation’s Embracing Aging initiative on First Friday in May for REDISCOVER YORK, a First Friday event for older adults.

The event includes a variety of live entertainment at Cherry Lane from 1 to 5 p.m.; tours of Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center; performances by DreamWrights stAGES, an improv troupe of people 55+ presented inside York County Community Foundation at 14 West Market Street; cooking demonstrations at YorKitchen in Central Market and more!
In addition to activities, there will be a health fair of service providers for older adults along the first block of West Market Street. Service providers interested in having table, please contact Pat Isch at adrc@acofa.org.
