Local residents have scheduled several events as part of a membership drive to help form a Friends of the Library (FOL) chapter at the Wheaton Regional Library. While the county FOL operates the bookstore at the library, there is no local chapter.
Local FOL chapters help to provide special events at the library such as concerts and author talks.
