Wheaton Boys Runners Building Momentum for DCC Championships

This summer it is expected that construction for the new Wheaton High School will break ground right on the current football field where the new school will be located.  That means for all outdoor teams it’ll be away games for the next few years.  So Tuesday’s home Dual meet against Seneca Valley marked the schools last for the Cross Country team for a while.  The Knights Boys ended the regular season with an impressive win over the Eagles 19-36 (lowest score wins).   This marked the second time this season the Knights had the top 3 finishers in a meet, Daniel Rivers, Gartee Guar and Ryan Scott.  Those same Wheaton runners last did it at Blake High School in a Quad meet last month.  The Knight’s will now prepare for the Down County Consortium Championship this Saturday at Northwood High School. Here are the top finishing results:
